What is sizing like?
Our hoodies are oversized for a comfy, cosy feel!

Small: 4’9- 5’3
Medium: 5’4-5’7
Large: 5’8 +
How do I care for my PRL item
Caring for your hoodie
- Turn inside out before washing
- Wash in cold water (30 degrees max) with mild detergent
- Air dry (do NOT tumble dry)
- No need to iron
PRL hoodies are made using a quality cotton shell (50%) with a polyester (49.8%) and viscose (0.2%) lining. This provides super soft comfort and strength for the elaborate embroidery.

How long will my order take?
Once your order is picked and packed our system will automatically send tracking information to your email on file.
We aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 working days.
Shipping time will vary depending on your location. We use Tracked Royal Mail/Parcel Force to deliver all our orders across the world.
Each hoodie has over 200,000 embroidery stitches which takes time to produce as we focus on quality.
We try our very best to get you your hoodie as fast as possible.

If you see 'Pink Rain Lilies' products being advertised anywhere else, including websites that look similar, please know they are NOT affiliated with our brand.
These are counterfeit items - or fraudulent sites which may not send products, or could compromise your personal information.
Only shop at pinkrainlilies.com and our authorised pop up shops (communicated on our socials).
Returns policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at pinkrainlilies@gmail.com.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your returns. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and please note that you must cover the cost to post the return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
